Today was a good day. Bay was with Gail today because Josh isnt feeling well (Get Better Josh). She had a good day. Bay tried Angel Food cake thanks to Aunt Jo tonight! She LOVES it...or atleast the inside. She gags on the outside of it. After church tonight I THOUGHT Bay said "DA" for the first time....CROSS YOUR FINGERS taht she will repeat it soon. I hope I didnt dream it but Im almost sure she did! more tomorrow.
Today was a good day. I started this morning early with feeling a lil tap on my shoulder...Bayley had sat up in the bassinet and was tapping me to wake me up!!! Scared me to death as she could have fallen out of the thing and broke her neck. So that being said, Bayley went to sleep for the first time in her baby bed in her room! I LOVE having Bay right at my fingertips but I surely dont want her to fall and hurt herself so she is gonna have to be a big girl. lol More tomorrow.
Today was a good day. We headed to Trussville for pictures with Becca & Corra at Portrait Innovations. It was a little crazy but we ended up getting some cute pictures. We shopped a lil after the pictures and then headed home. Brock had another bad boy outburst last night. We decided that unfortunately lil man is gonna have to start spending some time outside especially if/when he decides to act bad. Sydney & Devin took him outside and let his lil paws hit the ground for the first time. Say a prayer that lil man will behave. Me & Syd & Bay & Devin went to Bessemer and did some shopping after we did pictures. We got a few things but really just did a little stress free looking. Daddy got to go home today & seems to be doing good. keep him in your prayers please.
Ok I know Im late publishing my posts but I will get to that eventually. I wanted to post a quick update on my Daddy. He started experiencing shortness of breath with exertion last night & they decided to be safe and go to UAB ER. They decided due to his past history they wanted to do a heart cath on him this morning. (For those who dont know he had 4 bypass' open heart surgery in 12/05) His right artery was 80% blocked again so they did a stint. He is doing good & hopefully resting. Please keep my Daddy in your prayers. I promise to do my routine Bay postings as soon as I get a chance. Bay was with Gail and did good today. More later
Today was a good day. Bay was with Gail and had a good day. After work we headed home and ate real quick and then took off for Hueytown to Alana's softball game. it was fun and kinda exciting. lol Alana did good. Brody was too cute and talked non stop! Even when he got a little sleepy he was still justa talking away! Too funny. more tomorrow.
Today was a good day. After work I headed to Parkway Christian for Syd's game. It was good. Afterwards we headed home to rescue Brian. He picked up Bay from Gails for me and she was still pretty fussy. I also talked to Dr. Tindle today. She is having us change up Bay's eating schedule. We are basically going to limit her actual food adn attempt to get her to drink more bottles to get more calories in. This is good adn bad. Good because I hope and pray it works...but bad because she will have to start getting atleast 1-2 formula bottles a day. I managed to make it this long with her on breastmilk only...but there is no way that I can keep up with that quick of an increase...so we will start supplementing with Enfacare 22 calorie formula. Cross your fingers and hope this works.
Last night was no fun. Bay is still really fussy & isnt eating/drinking good at all. Her fever is better so that is good. Dr. McDaniel checked blood work again and said it was a little better but not what they wanted it to be so they went ahead and gave her another Rocephin shot. Poor lil thing. We spent the day passing Bay around and loving on her as much as possible. Hope for better days.
Today was a good day. Katie had Bay today. I ran and got Bay at 3:30 and headed to Gardendale for Syd's game. It was good. After the game I ran to Gardendale Walmart & picked up Bay's dress that I was having monogrammed at Hometown Threads. It turned out really cute. Bay seemed a little tired today but she was super sweet for me while we were shopping. More tomorrow.
Today was a good day. Katie had Bay & she did good today. Sydney & Devin adopted/picked up a stray puppy/dog today. They were going by a place that had steel piled up and saw her. They fell in love. They named her Sunkist Steel Wingo. They brought her to my house and gave her a bath before Devin took her home to his house. Sunkist really is a cutie and they love her very much! Church was fun. Bayley is really starting to LOVE Bible class. Unfortunately I still have to feed her dinner during that time but I do try to make sure she gets to participate as much as possible. Mrs. Susan got two new books for class & they are so cute! More tomorrow.
Today was LONG but good. Bay was with Katie today. She had a good day. She is a playing machine these days. I left work at 3:45 and headed to Talladega for Syd's soccer game. It was a good game. They won! We were excited! After the game we hit a drive through adn then headed home to see our Bay. Brian picked Bay up from Katie & they spend Daddy Daughter time together! lol He did good with her. More tomorrow.
Today was a good day. Bay was with Gail and had a good day. Nothing too exciting went on today. I did hear from Paul and he said Corra weighed 12 lb 4 oz at her 1 month check up. She is going to out weigh Bay before she is 3 months old.. ugh She is a cutie tho and we love her chunky self!
Today was a good day. We went to Gardendale to Paul & Amys to visit with Becca & Corra. Corra is getting SOOO Big! Becca was too funny. We enjoyed getting to see them. After we left there me Syd & Bay went and did some shopping around in Gardendale. It was a fun day.
Today was a good day. Bay was with Gail & did good. After work we ran home & got ready super quick & headed to the funeral home. We got to see Cindi (or as we say for Bay "Eye Momma" - Bay definitely got her eyes from Cindi) which was fun. After that we ran back to PG and caught the 2nd half of Sydney's soccer game. More tomorrow.
Today was busy. Got to work this morning and found out that Betty Garrison passed away early this morning. She was a precious woman and will definitely be missed. After work I hurried to get Bay & headed to the soccer fields to watch Syd's game. Alan, Chris, Alana, Brody, My Mom & Daddy all came to the game. It was fun. Then we headed out for church. Bay had fun & had a really good day.
Today has been good. Bay is with Katie & is having a good day. Sydney goes to the dentist today at 4. Brian is taking her for me and she should get her bridge cemented in permanent! We are very excited.
Today was a good day. Bay was with Gail and did good. She didnt seem too excited about eating but Gail got her to eat everything. When we got home Sydney & Devin were playing with Bay. They got out one of her Walking toys and put her behind it. She immediately got so excited and wanted to play with it. You can see in one of the pictures she is hanging over the handle playing. Well while standing there the toy rolled and she took a step or two behind it...now let me be clear Im not counting that as walking as she was VERY shaky and immediately crashed. At one point the toy rolled and Bay didnt remember to pick up her feet and fell big time. Poor baby. Im sure this is just the first of MANY crashes little miss thing will take! More tomorrow
