OK there is a story behind this picture. I was in the room talkin to Sydney & Devin bout the games etc ... I walk out and go back 5 minutes later and they are OUT! I mean dead out asleep! lol I guess that is what playing 3 soccer games and sitting in the car with me & Bay for 3 hours does to you! lol Today was a CRAZY day! Today was the Moody Soccer Tournament and we were there at 7:45 for Syd's 1st Soccer game at 8:30. We found out then that Syds games had been changed to 3 & 5 (from 12 & 3). We lost the 1st game 1 to 0. Brian isnt a soccer fan and was quite grumpy at the changes so we took him home after the 1st game. Me Sydney Devin & Bay made the trip back to Moody at 2:15 for her games. Well we only got maybe 5 minutes into the 1st game and it started to rain...ughhhhhhhh so Bless his heart, Me & Devin ended up going to the car with Bay & moving it to an access road where we could see PART of the game ...(for the most part we just watched our goal cause we were constantly on the defense). We lost the 2nd game 3 to 0. Ok well I have to add a lil background to understand how the 3 hours in the car went..As you can see we missed Alana's 1st beauty pageant today. We wanted to go so bad!!! As you can see she was just beautiful & did great! Well Sydney apparently has always wanted a crown & we never got her one...so that is what she wanted to get Alana so she wouldnt miss out! lol Well I also wanted to get her a balloon...so I found her a Hannah Montana Balloon that you tap and it sings Best of Both Worlds...I thought it was too cute... well the first 10,0000 times I heard it. Ok so back to soccer, after the 1st game Sydney came and sat with us for a few minutes inbetween games well evertime the door was shut or the trunk shut or basically if you moved that stupid balloon would go off and VERY LOUDLY sing that obnoxious song. UGHHH Well we were ready to pop the stupid thing by the last game. We changed 2 dirty diapers in my lap to keep the baby from getting wet and Devin even held her while I spoon fed her (of course he threatened to hurt both of us if I got it on him j/k lol) Anyway we tied the 3rd game 0 to 0. UGHHHHH Anyways So after the soccer games were finally over I made a mad dash to Oak Grove to see Alana's hair & it was sooo pretty! I also got to see Brody in his lil jersey! He is a mess! We love you AlanaLizzy & you are OUR winner! More tomorrow!

Today was a wierd but good day. Bayley was at Gails and had a good day. We were expecting really bad weather today so the schools let out at 1:30. They also cancelled the soccer tournament for tonight. My office closed at 2!!! I was so excited. lol It is so nice to get a lil time off!!! Well I headed to Hueytown and rented a few movies and then got Bay & headed home. The weather turned out to be nothing exciting and we had a good night watching movies and vegging out!

On a serious note, I spoke with a friend of mine today that I havent been able to track down for a few weeks. I am not going to include her name (because I havent asked for permission & to respect her confidentiality) but the long story short. Her 13 year old daughter has been having some problems with bruising and the testing that they have done is pointing toward Leukemia. They are doing repeat testing this week. As you can imagine my friend is very concerned/scared/upset, etc. Please say a prayer for this sweet girl and also her family. More tomorrow.

Happy 10 Month Day Bayley Lauren!!! Can you believe our big girl is just 2 months for being ONE WHOLE YEAR OLD!!! Im just amazed everyday by how well she has done. Sydney had a soccer game today and that was fun. Bayley has done so good in the stands watching Sissy play soccer. We played Talladega which is where Coach Palmer(last years soccer coach) is at. Well the stupid officals never showed up so after waiting well over an hour we had a practice game but we had Steven out there to be the ref. We WON 4 to 0!!!!! Our Girls were just beside themselves!!!! We were soooo excited! Go Lady Spartans!!! *Thanks to Shannon Sherrill for taking the two team pictures! Its a little hard to take a good picture with Bayley helping!!!

Today was a fairly normal day. Bay was with Katie & had a good day. Nothing too exciting to report.

Today is my Daddy's Birthday!!! Happy Birthday Daddy We Love You SOOO Much! Today was a LONG day. We got up and I took Syd to the dentist at 8. She got her new bridge that I think may actually work. They put it in temporarily to let us see if it still looks the same next week so cross your fingers on that one. After the dentist appointment we went to Bayleys last Synagis appointment at 10. The appointment took forever. Bayley weighed 14 lb 7 oz and is 26 1/2 inches long. Dr. Tindle was glad she gained a little but said we are no where near where we need to be. DUH. She did a hearing test on Bayley to check for fluid behind her ears for two different reasons 1. she pulls at her ears all the time and recently had an ear infection 2. Bay isnt talking yet and she said that sometimes if they have fluid behind their ears it will interfere with how well they can interpret sounds and effects speech. Her hearing test was good so Dr. Tindle said we will stay in the wait and see mode. She said that Bayley should be saying ATLEAST 1-3 words by her first birthday. Lets hope Bayley meets that goal! Dr. Tindle had good news ...since Bayleys recent new trick (army crawling) she gets to have a sippy cup with water in it and also she can try puffs or teething biscuits. She also can have the meat mix 2nd food dinners. We tried Bayley on the sippy cup tonight and also gave her a puff...I dont know if she got anything out of the cup but she liked to play with it...and the puff....she LOVED to play with it but was NOT thrilled with the taste/texture when I put it to her mouth. lol Im sure she will learn to love them pretty quickly. More later. PS Today is also Alex's bday! Happy Birthday Bayley's Best Friend! lol

Today was a good day. Bay was with Gail today. She was a lil fussy during the morning but then she got happier. Nothing too exciting to report.

Today was a good day. Bay was still a lil fussy but not as bad. We slept a good bit during the afternoon. Tonight Mary had Billy a 50th Bday Party. It was funny. Happy Birthday Billy!

Today was a lil crazy. Bay was a fuss bug for a good bit of the day. Bad Mood I guess. Also I got to Walmart in Gardendale and my stinking car started making this screeching metal on metal sound. UGHHHHHH I ended up calling Brian and he came out there and swapped cars with me. I love my car but it is a PAIN sometimes!!!

Bayley LOVES to chew on her paci! She makes some pretty loud paci POP noises with it too!

Today was a good day. Nothing too exciting. We watched I am Legend tonight wtih Sydney & Devin... It will not go down in my top 10 list of Movies! Bay had a good day. She is officially army crawling now! She has been scooting for awhile now but this is definitely an army crawl...she is so funny and is getting pretty good at pulling herself where she wants to go! Go BayBay!

Today has been good. Bay is with Katie. She is having a good day. I have to tell a funny on Hannah. I was on the phone with Katie and Bayley was asleep in the other room. Well Hannah kept wanting to go in there with Bayley and Katie told her no...so Hannah starts saying "Hold on Bayley, Hold on Bayley" as if Bayley needed Hannah when we she was sleeping. What a funny lil girl. Anyways, I talked to the vet today and he suggested starting Brock on Prozac. Not Kitty Prozac but the real deal! Only OUR Cat would need Prozac. I asked him if it came with a metal shield to protect me while we give him the medicine...say a prayer for us and Brock. Bless her heart Sydney was just thrilled when I told her that we were going to try something else...she loves that mean lil kitty! And Last but not Least....THE LADY SPARTANS WON THEIR SOCCER GAME TONIGHT!!!!!!!! WOOO HOOOO The score was 1 to 0 and they played Parkway Christian. It was great! Go Spartans!!!

Today was a little stressful. Bay was with Gail and had a good day. She is so close to crawling ... just a little more and she will be mobile! I was driving home from work and got a hysterical phone call from Sydney. The cat attacked her again...Her cell phone rang and it was Chelsea and Chelsea's ring tone is JoAnna talking in a funny voice and it apparently scared the cat. Sydney went to answer the phone and the cat bit her. A few minutes later she thought he was calmed down but he wasnt and he bit her again. She locked him up in her room by himself. She was so pitiful. Not only did it hurt but it also broke her heart that her baby was being mean. Bless her heart. Anyway, the cat calmed down and we went to church and everything went ok. Im calling the vet tomorrow to see what else we can do about Mr. Bad Kitty.

Today was a good day. Bay was with Katie. She was in a good mood and ate great for Katie today. Sydney had a game at 4:30 today. It was relatively warm today so we got to sit in the stands for the first time. More tomorrow.

Today was a good day. Bay was at Katies. She was in a good mood. After I got Bay we went by Devin's soccer game for a few minutes and then to the grocery store. Brian went to church to burn some cd's of the meeting for people so we just layed around and relaxed & had girl time. O and as you can see we have waving! It isnt consistent yet but occasionally when you say wave bye bye she will wave. Go Bay Bay. More tomorrow.

Today was fun. HAPPY EASTER!!!!!!! We woke up and got ready for church services at the hotel at 8am...WOW EARLY! The Easter Bunny came to see the girls. Bayley liked her sunglasses & bunny. Sydney liked her Starburst cause she LOVES Cann'y as she calls it! lol Anyway after church we took pictures with everyone. It is always funny to watch Bay & Hannah with each other! lol After pictures we packed like crazy people and headed home. After the traditional stop at Burger King (no clue why we always eat there but we do) we dropped Sydney off at Devin's house and went home to unpack the car...YUCK! Bayley took a much needed nap and then we were off to church again. It was a great trip!

Today was busy. We got up early and headed to watch Rachel do her speech. Then we went looked at scrapbooks. Sydney competed in Winners Circle Song that afternoon and did good. After that we went to watch Rae & Jaz compete in song too. We went to awards that night and it was fun. Again Sylvan Springs won a lot. It was exciting to hear our congregation called out so much.
