Today was a good day. Katie had Bay & she did good today. Sydney & Devin adopted/picked up a stray puppy/dog today. They were going by a place that had steel piled up and saw her. They fell in love. They named her Sunkist Steel Wingo. They brought her to my house and gave her a bath before Devin took her home to his house. Sunkist really is a cutie and they love her very much! Church was fun. Bayley is really starting to LOVE Bible class. Unfortunately I still have to feed her dinner during that time but I do try to make sure she gets to participate as much as possible. Mrs. Susan got two new books for class & they are so cute! More tomorrow.

I left work at 3:45 and headed to Talladega for Syd's soccer game. It was a good game. They won! We were excited! After the game we hit a drive through adn then headed home to see our Bay. Brian picked Bay up from Katie & they spend Daddy Daughter time together! lol He did good with her. More tomorrow.

Today was a good day. Bay was with Gail and had a good day. Nothing too exciting went on today. I did hear from Paul and he said Corra weighed 12 lb 4 oz at her 1 month check up. She is going to out weigh Bay before she is 3 months old.. ugh She is a cutie tho and we love her chunky self!

Today was a good but lazy day. Church was good. Bay was sweet. We all took much needed naps during the afternoon. Life is good.

Today was a good day. We went to Gardendale to Paul & Amys to visit with Becca & Corra. Corra is getting SOOO Big! Becca was too funny. We enjoyed getting to see them. After we left there me Syd & Bay went and did some shopping around in Gardendale. It was a fun day.

Today was a good day. Bay was with Gail & had a good day. Work was busy. I left for a few hours and made it to the funeral. It was so sweet but so sad! Mrs. Betty will definitely be missed. More tomorrow.

Today was a good day. Bay was with Gail & did good. After work we ran home & got ready super quick & headed to the funeral home. We got to see Cindi (or as we say for Bay "Eye Momma" - Bay definitely got her eyes from Cindi) which was fun. After that we ran back to PG and caught the 2nd half of Sydney's soccer game. Today was busy. Got to work this morning and found out that Betty Garrison passed away early this morning. She was a precious woman and will definitely be missed. After work I hurried to get Bay & headed to the soccer fields to watch Syd's game. Alan, Chris, Alana, Brody, My Mom & Daddy all came to the game. It was fun. Then we headed out for church. Bay had fun & had a really good day.

On a serious note, my friend (I forgot to ask her if it is ok to mention names) got the blood results on her daughter yesterday. They were bad which the doctors office has braced her for but the results ended up being worse than they expected. They are definitely going to have to do the bone marrow biopsy. As of now it is scheduled for April 18th but she thinks it may get moved even sooner. Please keep this family and especially this sweet lil teenager (13) in your prayers.

We had a shaky step or two...

Today was a good day. Bay was with Gail and did good. She didnt seem too excited about eating but Gail got her to eat everything. When we got home Sydney & Devin were playing with Bay. They got out one of her Walking toys and put her behind it. She immediately got so excited and wanted to play with it. You can see in one of the pictures she is hanging over the handle playing. Well while standing there the toy rolled and she took a step or two behind it...now let me be clear Im not counting that as walking as she was VERY shaky and immediately crashed. At one point the toy rolled and Bay didnt remember to pick up her feet and fell big time. Poor baby. Im sure this is just the first of MANY crashes little miss thing will take! More tomorrow

Nothing too exciting went on today. As you can see we had a lil fun with Bay this morning before church. Bay was a mess during church & was blowing raspberrys (Spitting) the whole time...ughh... After church me bay & syd napped all afternoon. Brian did the deposit & washed cars...should have taken a nap! lol Then back to church ....nothing new or exciting to report. More tomorrow.

OK there is a story behind this picture. I was in the room talkin to Sydney & Devin bout the games etc ... I walk out and go back 5 minutes later and they are OUT! I mean dead out asleep! lol I guess that is what playing 3 soccer games and sitting in the car with me & Bay for 3 hours does to you! lol Today was a CRAZY day! Today was the Moody Soccer Tournament and we were there at 7:45 for Syd's 1st Soccer game at 8:30. We found out then that Syds games had been changed to 3 & 5 (from 12 & 3). We lost the 1st game 1 to 0. Brian isnt a soccer fan and was quite grumpy at the changes so we took him home after the 1st game. Me Sydney Devin & Bay made the trip back to Moody at 2:15 for her games. Well we only got maybe 5 minutes into the 1st game and it started to rain...ughhhhhhhh so Bless his heart, Me & Devin ended up going to the car with Bay & moving it to an access road where we could see PART of the game ...(for the most part we just watched our goal cause we were constantly on the defense). We lost the 2nd game 3 to 0. Ok well I have to add a lil background to understand how the 3 hours in the car went..As you can see we missed Alana's 1st beauty pageant today. We wanted to go so bad!!! As you can see she was just beautiful & did great! Well Sydney apparently has always wanted a crown & we never got her one...so that is what she wanted to get Alana so she wouldnt miss out! lol Well I also wanted to get her a balloon...so I found her a Hannah Montana Balloon that you tap and it sings Best of Both Worlds...I thought it was too cute... well the first 10,0000 times I heard it. Ok so back to soccer, after the 1st game Sydney came and sat with us for a few minutes inbetween games well evertime the door was shut or the trunk shut or basically if you moved that stupid balloon would go off and VERY LOUDLY sing that obnoxious song. UGHHH Well we were ready to pop the stupid thing by the last game. We changed 2 dirty diapers in my lap to keep the baby from getting wet and Devin even held her while I spoon fed her (of course he threatened to hurt both of us if I got it on him j/k lol) Anyway we tied the 3rd game 0 to 0. UGHHHHH Anyways So after the soccer games were finally over I made a mad dash to Oak Grove to see Alana's hair & it was sooo pretty! I also got to see Brody in his lil jersey! He is a mess! We love you AlanaLizzy & you are OUR winner! More tomorrow!

Today was a wierd but good day. Bayley was at Gails and had a good day. We were expecting really bad weather today so the schools let out at 1:30. They also cancelled the soccer tournament for tonight. My office closed at 2!!! I was so excited. lol It is so nice to get a lil time off!!! Well I headed to Hueytown and rented a few movies and then got Bay & headed home. The weather turned out to be nothing exciting and we had a good night watching movies and vegging out!

On a serious note, I spoke with a friend of mine today that I havent been able to track down for a few weeks. I am not going to include her name (because I havent asked for permission & to respect her confidentiality) but the long story short. Her 13 year old daughter has been having some problems with bruising and the testing that they have done is pointing toward Leukemia. They are doing repeat testing this week. As you can imagine my friend is very concerned/scared/upset, etc. Please say a prayer for this sweet girl and also her family. More tomorrow.

Happy 10 Month Day Bayley Lauren!!! Can you believe our big girl is just 2 months for being ONE WHOLE YEAR OLD!!! Im just amazed everyday by how well she has done. Sydney had a soccer game today and that was fun. Bayley has done so good in the stands watching Sissy play soccer. We played Talladega which is where Coach Palmer(last years soccer coach) is at. Well the stupid officals never showed up so after waiting well over an hour we had a practice game but we had Steven out there to be the ref. We WON 4 to 0!!!!! Our Girls were just beside themselves!!!! We were soooo excited! Go Lady Spartans!!! *Thanks to Shannon Sherrill for taking the two team pictures! Its a little hard to take a good picture with Bayley helping!!!

Today was a fairly normal day. Bay was with Katie & had a good day. Nothing too exciting to report.

Today is my Daddy's Birthday!!! Happy Birthday Daddy We Love You SOOO Much! Today was a LONG day. We got up and I took Syd to the dentist at 8. She got her new bridge that I think may actually work. They put it in temporarily to let us see if it still looks the same next week so cross your fingers on that one. After the dentist appointment we went to Bayleys last Synagis appointment at 10. The appointment took forever. Bayley weighed 14 lb 7 oz and is 26 1/2 inches long. Dr. Tindle was glad she gained a little but said we are no where near where we need to be. DUH. She did a hearing test on Bayley to check for fluid behind her ears for two different reasons 1. she pulls at her ears all the time and recently had an ear infection 2. Bay isnt talking yet and she said that sometimes if they have fluid behind their ears it will interfere with how well they can interpret sounds and effects speech. Her hearing test was good so Dr. Tindle said we will stay in the wait and see mode. She said that Bayley should be saying ATLEAST 1-3 words by her first birthday. Lets hope Bayley meets that goal! Dr. Tindle had good news ...since Bayleys recent new trick (army crawling) she gets to have a sippy cup with water in it and also she can try puffs or teething biscuits. She also can have the meat mix 2nd food dinners. We tried Bayley on the sippy cup tonight and also gave her a puff...I dont know if she got anything out of the cup but she liked to play with it...and the puff....she LOVED to play with it but was NOT thrilled with the taste/texture when I put it to her mouth. lol Im sure she will learn to love them pretty quickly.
